Offering 99.9 percent availability allows for 2 system re starts (reboots) per week. Windows VmWare and Linux systems have Kernal care 

Virtual image customers are encouraged to use patch Tuesday to keep their virtual servers secure as well. Customer usage patterns since 2003 indicate this time to minimise your own customer inconvenience. Please note when calling the support number 0412 265 591 that we are doing the same, and if your down time is experienced late Sunday or Tuesday nights, we are using the same timings for updates, secuirty patching and necessary reboots.
